I am convinced FitLine has helped me to recover and stay alert and focused during competition time. High stress levels often take a toll on energy levels but FitLine has helped me to maintain that despite the stressful conditions. I also noticed that I was able to maintain the same energy levels even if I had skipped a day or two of taking the products. I especially love the Restorate – the first day at the SEA Games, everyone had muscle ache and fatigue, but the Restorate helped me to recover better. Besides that I think the PowerCocktail helped to stabilize my immune system.
