You know, it only takes me a few seconds to prepare my meal, and the best thing is that I can take it with me wherever I go! 😍 😍 Not to mention the flavors. My favorites are chocolate and vanilla. I love mixing them. They have a high satiating power, which is why it’s so easy to follow this program. During the ProShape Challenge, I lost 3 kg and many centimeters.

The challenge is really easy to complete. It even makes everyday life easy because you don’t have to worry about eating twice a day and you don’t have to prepare anything. In addition, the shakes and bars taste so delicious that it almost feels like “sinning .”But so that it doesn’t get boring, you have one meal a day left over where you can whip up a delicious no-carb/low-carb dish. After gaining this extra time, you can invest it perfectly in sports and workouts.

It was easy to follow, although I sheathed a few times over the weekend (oops, sorry 😊). I had 2 different flavours of the ProShape, cappuccino and coconut. Both tasted delicious. I also made the yoghurt, which I really like, and had it for breakfast.
