The effect of FitLine products was best seen during the first few weeks. Subsequently, my body and the effect of the products stabilized. My favorite product is Activize, which gives me more positive energy for my daily duties. I also noticed desire of eating sweeties diminished while using these products, and I also did not suffer from the small flu during the season. Important issues in ice hockey are the recovery and concentration and I feel these products helped me in that too; I felt “fresher” on next day’s exercises and games and it was easier to concentrate on the performance itself. Muscle pain and a feeling like body is burning also decreased after heavy workouts.
