The training for an ultra run is very intense and long, so the best possible care for my body before, during and after training and competition is particularly important to me! With my morning PowerCocktail as well as the Activize (sensitive) and Duo Omega 3 & Q10 I feel energized and well cared for before training. For longer/intensive training sessions, I use the Fitness-Drink, as it is very good even at high intensity, reduces fatigue and supports my muscles. After training, there is a ProShape shake (vegan) or bar to support regeneration, which I also like to use during training, as well as a restorate drink with Bases Plus.
In particular, the use of FitLine products has accelerated my recovery after training! I feel fitter and more powerful during training and have a stronger immune system.
