Since I regularly take the FitLine products (Power Cocktail, Heart-Duo, Restorate and Amino Acids), my everyday life in competitive sports has taken on a whole new existence. Early in the morning I get rested and awake. I am physically and mentally ready for my first training. Energized and awake, I go through the whole day now. The earlier moments of severe fatigue, which had reliably haunted me at certain times of the day, are a thing of the past. In the trainings I feel a lot of strength and endurance. Besides that the recovery between the units has improved massively since the FitLine products accompany me through the day. The next morning, I feel that my night offers a much greater recovery potential than was the case in earlier times. Last but not least, the FitLine products have helped me to get back on my feet after a long, somewhat bumpy time, so that a surprising fifth gold World Championship medal has become possible from a difficult season.
