The FitLine products are the ideal complement to a diet which is often insufficient on long tours. Especially, Activize Oxyplus is, of course, a very important component when climbing high mountains. My favorite product, Restorate, is of immense importance for regeneration. When climbing high mountains, my body needs to be reliant on an alkaline buffer.
